Philip Estrada
2861 Womble Road
San Diego, CA 92106
Philip is an Environmental Science teacher at High Tech High Media Arts in San Diego California. He currently teaches grade 12.

He grew up in San Diego enjoys surfing, walking, and beer tasting in this beautiful area. Even though he never thought of himself as a school person, he was attracted to teaching at project based school because all the experiences that he most remembered from high school happened while he was making and doing things outside of the classroom. Teaching through projects lets students have those same experiences as part of their class.
